What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every window replacement. If an installation issue shows up within 365 days, we return and correct it at no cost to you. That covers gaps, drafts, sticking sashes, misaligned frames, or anything else tied to how the window was installed.
- Written guarantee on every window repair. Each repair includes a written guarantee before we leave the property. If the same repair fails, your second visit is free. No diagnostic fee, no labor charge, no “well, that’s a different problem now” conversation.
- Parts and product handling. When we install PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, or ViewLux products, we manage the manufacturer warranty paperwork and handle claim coordination if a product defect appears. You don’t get bounced between installer and factory; we work it from our end.
- Cleanup on every job. We leave your Dallas home the way we found it, minus the old window. Broken glass, old caulk, torn weatherstripping, packaging, and hardware all get hauled away. If you find debris we missed, call us and we’ll come back.

We inspect the work, we talk through what happened, and we fix it. If the repair fails a second time within the guarantee period, that return visit is free too.
