New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Hale Windows Dallas pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
1. Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
2. Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
3. Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.
Compare the Lines We Quote
Every project is priced on the same lines, side by side - the price indicators below are relative, and your consultant shows exact numbers on your actual openings.

Meet the Dallas Team Behind Hale Windows Dallas
We opened our Dallas location in 2009, and the crew that works here today still operates the way we did on day one: show up on time, do the work right, and treat your house like it belongs to someone who lives there, because it does. Every person on this team has been background-checked, identity-verified, and photo-badged before they ever knock on your door. You’ll know their name and face before they arrive. That’s not a perk. It’s how we’ve always done it.
Our People
Spencer Odell, Owner
Spencer founded Hale Windows Dallas in 2009 and still walks job sites every week. He grew up around construction and has spent the better part of two decades learning what actually holds up in Texas heat: which window frames warp, which weatherstripping crumbles, and which front doors start sticking by August. He’s the one who wrote the 365-Day Done Right Promise, mostly because he got tired of hearing homeowners tell him about contractors who vanished the moment a check cleared. He’d rather quote you a fixed written price and be wrong about the timeline than surprise you on the invoice. On weekends, he’s usually under a truck or at a barbecue place he won’t stop recommending.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Hale Windows Dallas for nine years and runs most of our window replacement jobs across the metro. He’s certified on PGT and CGI impact-rated product lines, which matters a lot in a city where hail and straight-line winds are part of the annual calendar. Marcus is the guy who can spot a window that was “fixed” with caulk and optimism from the curb. He lives in Garland with two dogs and keeps a notepad in his truck filled with measurements from houses he’ll never forget, because he says every opening in Dallas is a different size and that’s not a joke.
Elena V., Senior Installer
Elena joined Hale five years ago after a decade in residential remodeling, and she handles most of our front door replacement work. She’s our go-to for Therma-Tru installs, where getting the threshold, weather seal, and lock alignment right makes the difference between a door that closes like a bank vault and one that whispers drafts all winter. Elena is background-checked and identity-verified like everyone on the team, and she’s the one homeowners ask for by name once they’ve watched her work. She restores old furniture on the side, which means she has strong opinions about oak doors and isn’t shy about them.
Darius J., Service Coordinator
Darius is the voice on the phone when you call (361) 203-9040, and he’s been with us for six years. He’s a native of Oak Cliff and knows the difference between a window that just needs a new balance and one that needs full replacement, which means when he schedules your free estimate, the right person shows up with the right tools. Darius coordinates every visit and pre-announces your technician by name and photo before they arrive. He keeps a running list of every neighborhood in Dallas he’s scheduled a job in, and he can tell you which streets flood, which HOA boards are strict about window styles, and which blocks have the best tamale stands.
Benny R., Apprentice
Benny is the youngest member of the crew and has been with Hale for two years, learning window repair and installation under Marcus and Elena. He started by hauling old sashes and cutting foam backer rod, and he’s now trusted to handle single-pane repair calls and screen replacements on his own. Benny’s got the same background check, identity verification, and photo badge as the rest of the team, because the Threshold Standard applies to every person who steps through your door, no exceptions. He’s studying for his PGT installer certification and asks a lot of questions about low-E glass, which we take as a good sign.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Hale Windows Dallas technician, from a nine-year lead to a two-year apprentice, follows the same five-step Threshold Standard. We background-check them. We verify their identity. We issue a photo badge. We send you their name and photo before the visit. And we hold them to the 365-Day Done Right Promise on every single job. That means if the work is not right, we make it right, no argument needed. The written price you receive before work begins is the price on the invoice, every time. We install and service eight professional product lines, PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux, and we match the product to the job rather than pushing one brand. That’s the standard, and it doesn’t vary by crew member, neighborhood, or the size of the job.
